Our stay at Eagles Inn was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and stunning countryside to explore. The staff, especially Helen and the manager, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

Some of the staff were very nice & helpful. We stayed in 2 rooms & the 2nd one was especially nice. Seemed quite good value compared to many.
Tv had no English speaking channels. Restaurant seemed expensive for what it was & our "sirloin" steak was either not sirloin or very badly cooked. Next night's cheaper meal was nicer though. €7.50 for a g&t?

The elegant and traditional Tyrolean dining rooms with their colourful glass panes and wooden inlays were like stepping into a fairytale. The free access to lake Lansersee was a refreshing treat, allowing me to cool off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's former hunting lodge was truly a masterpiece of Tyrolean craftsmanship, making every corner a delight to explore. The complimentary guided hikes offered by the hotel allowed me to fully immerse myself in the stunning hiking trails nearby. The free use of public transport between Innsbruck and Igls made it incredibly convenient to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The featured amenities, such as complimentary newspapers, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box, added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. The complimentary wireless Internet access and ski storage were great additions for those looking to stay connected and hit the slopes. The recreational amenities, including a sauna, provided the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant and coffee shop/café were both fantastic options for a delicious meal or a quick snack. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's homemade spirits and the warmth of the Swiss stone pine used in the wooden panelling.
Limited parking and awkward access.

With snow on the ground the hotel room was thankfully warm. The breakfast and the set evening meal were good. Staff were very attentive and had good language skills.
We found that parking was very limited and suited smaller cars only.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to Igls village and within walking distance to the cable car station. There is a bus stop right outside that connects to Innsbruck. The breakfast selection is good, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and some have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The hotel lacks modern amenities such as air conditioning or heating in some rooms, which may not be ideal depending on the season.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during my stay here. The cleanliness of this hotel is on point, and the transportation service is an added advantage. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to the Patscherkofel mountain and offers breathtaking views of the mountains in the north of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options. I was impressed with the hotel facilities and the services provided by this hotel that made my stay comfortable.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a winter holiday and it was a great choice! The hotel is located in the charming village of Igls, just a short walk away from the center. The location is ideal for exploring the village and it's also very well connected to Innsbruck and the nearby ski resorts. We were able to easily access the city and enjoy the beautiful views of the Alps.

The room was big, comfortable, bathroom also.. Very clean, big choice of drinks in the minibar.. Nice view of the mountains, good quiet location close to the supermarket and restaurants. Innsbruck only 5 min away with the car. Good choice of food for breakfast...Free wifi.. free parking..
There was no kettle in the room to make tea which would be great on a cold evening and since I had a deluxe double room I was surprised there was no tea, coffee maker. Poor choice of fruits for breakfast. Wifi was free but the reception in the room was very poor so I had to go out in the corridor to catch some signal. Other than that all good, I would definately stay again.
